Built on Family & Service

Who We Are

Our Story

At Good Shepard Junk Removal, our story is rooted in family, service, and a commitment to helping others. The company was founded as a side business by my uncle and best friend, Steven Shepard, a proud Air Force veteran and Worcester firefighter. Known as “Shep” by many, Steven embodied the spirit of service. When he passed away in 2023, 1, James Benoit Jr., took over and committed to honoring the foundation he built. Steven passed on more than a business-he passed on a legacy. He taught me everything I know about junk removal and, more importantly, how to treat people-with kindness, professionalism, and respect. Those values remain at the core of our work today.
Whether it’s one item or a whole house, we show up ready to serve, work hard, and get the job done right.
